Ayers Rock Resort launches new Indigenous guest activities
Ayers Rock Resort has launched a new suite of Indigenous activities that will be available to all guests from 15 May 2012. The complimentary activity program will follow a daily schedule and include Indigenous Art classes for children, Bush Tucker Yarns, Spear and Boomerang throwing lessons as well as daily performances from the Wakagetti Cultural Dance troupe. Hangout with Bondi Rescue on Google +
Popular television show Bondi Rescue has introduced a weekly appearance on the social networking site Google +, where five fans from around the world are invited to chat with the lifeguards via Google + Hangouts. The public are able to watch the hangouts which take place every Monday night at 8:30pm (whose time?) on the Bondi Rescue Google + page.

New whale watching walk in Sydney's Royal National Park
Royal Coast Walks’ new Marley Tour covers the coastline of Royal National Park, one of the best places in Sydney to spot whales on their annual migration. The tour includes a 15km hike along pristine coastline where participants can  experience headland views, unique sandstone formations, Aboriginal rock engraving sites and the secluded Marley beaches. Guests enjoying the walk stand a good chance of spotting a humpback and even the rare southern right. The Marley Tour departs year-round on Tuesdays, Thursdays and alternate Saturday/Sundays. Art Series Hotel Group launch ‘fake’ art competition
Art Series Hotel Group has brought together the world’s greatest living art forger, Tony Tetro, with one of the world’s most forged artists – Andy Warhol – to ask which Warhol is Warhol’s? Tetro has been commissioned to produce nine replica Warhols that will hang in hotels alongside the genuine article  until August 3 2012. Guests of staying at The Cullen, The Blackman or The Olsen over winter will be asked to pick the ‘real’ from the fake - one fake will be revealed each week and given away as a prize, with an original Warhol given to one of the guests who picks the real painting.
